     I am passionate about helping students reach their 
full potential through individualized strength-based teaching by utilizing teaching strategies individualized for each student, focusing on students’ strengths as an avenue for continued growth, making learning fun and meaningful by incorporating students likes and interests into lessons, and building students’ self-awareness of their strengths to help build their self-confidence.

     I advocate for all-ability inclusive practices which focus on ability and embrace differences, where people with disabilities are welcomed, valued and have equal opportunities to thrive, free of environmental and attitudinal barriers.
